First Flush Organic Long'Jing chá, or Dragon Well tea, a beautifully crafted green tea that’s truly something special. Harvested pre-Qingming festival (first flush), this premium tea is known for its fresh, delicate taste and exceptional quality.

Dragon Well tea is famously known for its subtle, nutty flavor, often described as chestnut-like. This nutty note adds a smooth, warm depth to the tea.

Followed by a naturally sweet, soft, and mellow finish that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

The first flush Dragon Well is picked early in the spring before the Qingming festival in China.

For Dragon Well tea, first flush leaves are especially prized for producing the most tender tea leaves, packed with their light, refreshing taste and smooth finish – offering a rare and premium tea experience. Each sip reflects the season's very best!

How to Brew:

  1. Water Preparation: Heat fresh, filtered water to around 80°C (approximately 175°F). Avoid using boiling water as it can scorch the delicate leaves and result in a bitter taste.
  2. Tea Measurement: Measure out approximately 1 teaspoon of Mountain Mi'jing tea leaves per 240 ml of water. Adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
  3. Tea Infusion: Place the measured tea leaves into a teapot or infuser. Pour the hot water over the leaves, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  4. Steeping Time: Allow the tea to steep for about 2-3 minutes. Adjust the steeping time based on your desired strength. Longer steeping times will result in a stronger flavor profile.
  5. Enjoy: Once the steeping time is complete, carefully remove the tea leaves or strain the infusion into a cup. Take a moment to appreciate the aroma before indulging in the smooth and refreshing taste of Mountain Mi'jing tea.
  6. Optional Enhancements: For a unique twist, consider adding a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint to complement the tea's natural flavours.
